Thanksgiving Break

Ahh... The time has arrived. I will be rolling off campus in a matter of hours (20, to be exact). I can't wait! I get to go to Charity's family's for Thanksgiving, which should be a lot of fun. But, I will be unable to update during the next few days, so, don't think I have dropped off and relapsed as before Happy Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

Traveling

IMG_4105.2

I have an exciting, and slightly scary few weeks ahead of me. I leave early Monday morning to do a three week tour of youth camps doing PR for GBS. Ahh.... I feel tired already Happy But, I know it'll be fun. I can't wait. I'm traveling with a amazing and fun group of friends, which will make it much more enjoyable. I'm afraid I won't be able to update too much during this time, but I'll see what I can do. I'll try and take some cool pictures along the way. We'll be in NC, VA, and OH. That's a lot of miles. Well, I need to pack and get ready to leave tomorrow. Shout back, if you're still out there Winking

We Fly out Tomorrow

We arrived safely in Dublin this afternoon, and spent a very fun afternoon downtown shopping/touring. So much fun! We fly out tomorrow at 2:00pm. Kinda sad... I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Well, it's nearly 3am here, and I better get some sleep. I will update more soon.

Checking in from Northern Ireland

I write this as I sit in a train station in Northern Ireland. It's our last day it this beautiful country. We are now headed down to Dublin, and one more service before flying out tomorrow morning. We're all a little sad. It was hard to leave all of our friends here. I can't remember a time when I've had more fun than these past eight days. I certainly took a lot of pictures, but you really can't capture the beauty here. It's something you have to experience yourself. But it's not only the sights, it's the people. They are some of the friendliest that I've ever met.

Ireland!

I can't believe I'm leaving for Ireland tomorrow! It's really crept up on me. In fact, it crept up so fast that I'm just now starting to pack Laugh Oh well, it'll get done. Happy I'm trying to stay up late tonight so I will sleep on the plane tomorrow, and thus reduce some jet lag. The flight leaves at 4:00pm tomorrow, and it will be 8:00am when we arrive. Fun stuff! I'm really looking forward to it. I'm going to take a ton of pictures, that's for sure. I will try and update when I'm over there. We'll see how it goes. Well, back to packing.

Abrupt Morning

IMG_0468.2
Ok, so load time for us to leave to go to our choir service this morning was 7:30am. Yeah, kinda early, but not too bad. So, I set my alarm and blissfully crept off into the land of the surreal. However, I was awoken this morning by...nothing. I simply woke up, looked over at my clock, and read 7:35am. Ughh... The most awful feeling ever! I literally lept out of bed and was already getting ready by the time I hit the other side of my room. I made it just in time for the busœ to pull out. Thank the Lord for waking me up this morning! It had to be Him because there's no other way I would have Happy Lesson learned, always set two alarms!

A very frazzled,

Picture Update

Sorry for taking so long in getting these updates! Isn't it strange how in spite of your most ardent efforts to stay on top of things, they always seems to slip into the abysmal abyss of misplaced intentions? Well, it happens to me anyway. Here are a few of the events that have filled my existence lately.

I recently photographed Jessica Cravens' Senior Recital.

I helped with a PR team that went down to Galax, VA to represent GBS at a youth camp, and we drove through Kentucky to get there which had just been hit by a huge ice storm. It was one of the most beautiful drives I have ever taken in my life!

Return from Alabama

We just got back from a weekend preaching trip in Alabama around 5:15am. I was awake for most of the trip, and rode shotgun to keep Kenny awake as he drove the last leg of the trip. It was a good weekend. The Lord helped, and it was a lot of fun. Will post more when, 1) I get some sleep 2) I get caught up on homework 3) I have time 4) I get the pictures sorted 5) I get everything put away 6) They give us a free day off of school, just for fun...yea.

Yeah, It's Started Again...

I arrived back in Cincinnati around 10:30 tonight. I was greeted by a most rank smell coming from the refrigerator in the guys dorm! I didn't have the courage (or stomach) to investigate. I shall leave it to the cleaning crew Happy Well, It's 1:30am, and I'm ready for bed. Adios!
